Soak the gum tragacanth, peach gum and snow lotus seed respectively in cold water for 15 to 20 hours to prepare for cooking.
 
Except for the peach gum and gum tragacanth, add all the other ingradients into 1000ml of water and cook until water boils.
 
Add the peach gum and gum tragacanth into the water after it has boiled and cook the pot over lowheat for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, it’s ready to be served.
