1.将适量刀削面均匀放入沸水中，可用餐具轻微搅动，分散，避免粘连。
2.保持适度的沸腾状态5-10分钟，根据个人喜好，达到刀削面适度口味为止。
3.如选用煎炒等其他吃法，可将面煮至八成熟捞起，并用冷水冲凉干后再烹饪。

1. Put an appropriate amount of noodles into boiling water evenly, use tableware to stir and disperse slightly to avoid sticking.
 
2. Maintain a moderate boiling state for 5-10 minutes, according to personal preference, until the noodles taste moderately.
 
3. If you choose other ways of eating such as frying,  rinse them with cold water before cooking.
